  • Free access to pool areas with our private pool pass during pool area opening hours
  • Final cleaning (not including dishwashing and general tidying)

Payment terms:

• • Please pay 30% (deposit) of the rent amount into our account once you have received the lease agreement and reviewed it. The house will be reserved for you once we have received your payment.

• • The remaining rent amount + €250 deposit must be paid at least six weeks before arrival.

• • The deposit of €250 will be refunded via Swish or to your bank account, once the house has been inspected and found to be in order. The refund will be made no later than three days after departure.

• • The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

• • In case of cancellation after the final payment has been made, only the deposit of €250 will be refunded.

Rental Terms:

• • Check-in from 3:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM

• • The person whose name is on the contract is personally responsible for leaving the house in the same condition upon departure as upon arrival.

• • Smoking is forbidden in the house.

• • Animals are not allowed.

• • If anything breaks during your stay, please inform us before departure.
